Steve prepares and reviews financial statements, tax filings and business valuations and develops business consulting strategies for individual and corporate clients. He is also experienced in resolving issues with the IRS as well as state and municipal taxing authorities. He has prepared many business valuations for estate, gift and other tax purposes, marital dissolution, mergers and acquisitions and various other purposes.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting as well as a Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in taxation from Bowling Green State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a manager of tax and valuation services at a northwest Ohio public accounting firm and spent 10 years serving clients involved in a wide range of industries. He was also involved as a board member and officer of two Toledo area charitable organizations.
