JOHN BUTTERFIELD
John Butterfield is the Director of Business Development for Whalen & Co. He comes to us from the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce, where he spent 11 years as Executive Director. He also served as assistant to the Superintendent of Worthington Schools for 24 years, was a Sharon Township trustee for 12 years, and currently serves on the Worthington City Council.
John has been recognized for his community service efforts, and was the recipient of the Leadership for a Lifetime Award from Leadership Worthington, received the Worthington School's Key Communicator Award, and also received Civic Leader Honors from the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club and Worthington Jaycees.
He has a bachelor's degree in English from Miami University and his Master's degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University. |
