Patti earned her Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University and has done some post-graduate studies in taxation. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Practitioners. She is an active participant in multiple organization and volunteer activities, including the Young Survival Coalition of Central Ohio and the Worthington Educational Foundation.

In her free time, Patti enjoys tennis, golfing, traveling and spending time with her husband Ken and their two children.
