Richard Crabtree has been a part of the Whalen team since 1986. In 2001, he was made a partner in the firm and now assumes leadership in the areas of tax, consulting and marketing.
Having also worked in the audit and accounting departments of the firm throughout
his tenure at Whalen, Richard has had hands-on experience with the majority
of the firm's clients. His unique perspective allows him to serve as both a
strong technical advisor as well as a trusted business consultant to a
variety of businesses and industries.
Richard is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA),
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Worthington Estate
Planning Council.
Married and the father of four, Richard spends his free time coaching soccer, boating, hunting and vacationing with his family.
