He provides tax and consulting services to business and individual clients. He advises clients on entity selection, business acquisition and sales, like-kind exchanges and cost segregation opportunities, just to name a few. He has extensive experience with pass-through entities and individual taxation. He combines his knowledge of both in the assistance of our clients. Patrick represents clients before the IRS and is experienced in resolving issues with state and municipal taxing authorities. He has also provided expert witness testimony and litigation support services.

Prior to joining our firm, Patrick was a tax manager at an international public accounting firm and spent seven years serving clients involved in the real estate industry, as well as middle market businesses, not-for-profit entities and high net worth individuals.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys fishing, reading and spending time with his wife Dawn and their two children Emily and Nicholas.
